Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and efficient PartTime F&B Attendant to join our team in Mai Khao Thailand. As an F&B Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional dining experience by providing topnotch customer service and maintaining a clean welcoming environment.
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely and professional manner
- Operate pointofsale (POS) systems and handle cash transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in dining and service areas
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed
Qualifications :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and supportive attitude
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to operate cash registers and POS systems
- Excellent multitasking and time management skills
- Strong teamwork abilities and willingness to collaborate with others
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays/plates
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Thai or other languages is a plus
- Previous experience in food and beverage service is preferred
- Food safety certification is a plus
