- Provide administrative support to the food and beverage department
- Provide administrative support for the preparation of department meetings including the preparation of agendas distribution of papers minute taking and follow up action on matters arising from meetings to enhance the effectiveness of those meetings.
- Type event menus as prepared by Chef
- Check format and update beverages to menus
- Update menus/prices to micros in timely manner
- Maintain and coordinate events calendars
- Act as Personal Assistant to F&B Management
- Manage the Department time and attendance system
- Ensure the smooth operation of the F&B Administration office
- Identify rectify or report office equipment malfunctions
- Provide updates on company policies
- Handle all incoming and outgoing food and beverage correspondence including guests feedback promptly and accurately
- Draft correspondence and liaise on behalf of food and beverage department where necessary with other departments as requested
- Ensure a proper filing system is maintained for all Food and Beverage records
- Any other duties or projects assigned by the F&B management
Qualifications :
Certificate in hotel management
Previous work experience in the hospitality industry needed
At least one year experience as Food & Beverage Attendant
Additional Information :
