Qiddiya Investment Company is a renowned real estate company dedicated to creating exceptional leisure and entertainment experiences. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our team as a Manager - Landscape.

As the Manager - Landscape, you will be responsible for leading and managing the landscape design and implementation for our prestigious projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality and sustainable landscape designs that enhance the overall aesthetic appeal of our developments.

We are looking for a highly skilled individual who has a passion for innovative and environmentally conscious landscape design. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of landscape architecture principles, strong project management skills, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the implementation of landscape designs for various projects within the company
• Collaborate with internal teams, external consultants, and contractors to develop comprehensive landscape plans, ensuring adherence to project requirements and timelines
• Manage the budget and resources allocated to landscape projects, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability practices in landscape design and implementation
• Monitor the progress of landscape projects, identifying and resolving any issues or delays that may arise
• Supervise and provide guidance to a team of landscape architects and technicians
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in landscape architecture

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture. Preferred Professional License / Charter ( e.g. ASLA / CMLI ).
• Minimum of 6-9 years of relevant experience in landscape architecture, with a strong focus on project management
• Proficient in landscape design software and other relevant design tools
• Strong knowledge of landscape architecture principles, sustainability practices, and environmental regulations
• Proven track record of successfully managing landscape projects from concept to completion
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders and authorities,
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Ensure compliance with the city framework requirements and guidelines
