Qiddiya Investment Company, a pioneer in the development of world-class entertainment and leisure destinations, is in search of a highly creative and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Content Creation. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of content strategies that engage audiences and enhance our brand identity across various platforms.
Responsibilities
Write, edit, and manage published posts for Qiddiya in Arabic and English
Develop and implement content strategies to enhance engagement
Create and publish compelling content across various platforms
Edit and proofread posts to ensure quality and coherence
Handle content for both traditional and digital media publishing
Manage public relations and media campaign content across all media platforms
1. Content Strategy Development
Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the organization's overall marketing goals and target audience.
Conduct audience research and competitive analysis to understand market trends and identify content opportunities.
Set clear goals for content performance (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, customer education) and track progress against these objectives.
Align content themes with business initiatives, product launches, or campaigns to ensure relevance and impact.
2. Team Leadership and Collaboration
Lead and manage a team of content creators (e.g., writers, designers, videographers, social media specialists) to produce high-quality content.
Assign tasks, manage workflows, and ensure that content is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Foster collaboration between the content team and other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, product) to ensure cohesive messaging and support for business goals.
3. Content Creation and Production
Oversee the creation of various types of content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, whitepapers, eBooks, and more.
Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and style standards.
Develop and manage editorial calendars to ensure consistent content production and timely delivery across channels.
Guide content creation based on SEO best practices to maximize visibility and organic reach.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in content creation, marketing, or a similar role
Proven track record of developing successful content strategies that drive engagement and brand awareness
Strong understanding of communication strategies and needs in the private sector
Proven experience managing an organization's accounts on digital platforms
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Strong editing and proofreading skills
Familiarity with various media publishing types
Content Optimization
Monitor and analyze the performance of content across different channels using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
Continuously optimize content for better engagement, conversions, and search engine ranking through A/B testing, SEO improvements, and feedback loops.
Ensure content is mobile-friendly, accessible, and tailored for different platforms (e.g., web, social media, email marketing).
