Mobility Manager

Roles and responsibilities

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Mobility Manager to join our Master Development Mobility team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing mobility initiatives that enhance transportation systems and options within Qiddiya's innovative leisure and entertainment environment. Your expertise will contribute to creating a seamless and efficient mobility experience for all residents and visitors.

The Mobility Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and local authorities to ensure that the mobility framework is integrated effectively and meets the diverse needs of our communities.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage mobility plans and strategies to optimize transportation services and infrastructure within Qiddiya
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to develop transportation projects that enhance accessibility and connectivity
• Monitor and analyze traffic patterns, user behaviors, and mobility data to inform planning and operational decisions
• Assist in the development of sustainable transportation solutions, including walking, cycling, and transit initiatives
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and manage expectations regarding mobility services
• Support the integration of smart mobility technologies into transportation systems to improve user experience
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on mobility initiatives, progress, and outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and oversight for mobility-related projects and initiatives
  

Desired candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation Planning, Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
• Minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience in mobility management, urban development, or transportation planning
• Strong understanding of transportation systems, infrastructure development, and sustainable mobility practices
• Proven experience in project management, including the ability to oversee timelines and budgets
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data related to transportation and mobility
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in mobility planning software and tools is a plus
