Job Description
Duty:
- Support and coordinate with the ESD team to complete sustainability and green building certification projects;
- Project coordination and client/project team liaison;
- Conduct calculations computer modeling and prepare professional consultancy reports proposals or presentations;
- Liaise on matters relating to environmental monitoring and auditing.
- Desktop research on sustainability and green building technology;
- Carry out site survey and onsite measurements; and
- Perform adhoc tasks as assigned
Qualifications :
Requirements:
- Degree holder in engineering/ science related to green building civil & environmental sustainability building services mechanical & electrical or equivalent;
- Minimum 1 year of related experience in green building assessment and sustainability assessment consultancy services;
- Knowledge and experience of BEAM Plus or other green building certificates;
- Knowledge and experience in relevant computer modeling for green building design (e.g. Energy Daylighting and Lighting CFD Thermal Comfort LCA etc.) would be an advantage;
- Experience of working in multidiscipline teams;
- Ability to multitask and coordinate priorities and work on multiple projects simultaneously;
- Be motivated confident organized efficient and effective worker and able to work independently;
- Good and effective communication and presentation skills;
- Proficient computer skills and abilities in AutoCAD Microsoft Office etc.; and
- Good written and spoken English and Chinese.
