Job Description
As an Attractions Specialist in the theme park industry you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation safety and guest satisfaction of various attractions within the park. You will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations of designated attractions maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Qualifications :
- A diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the theme park or entertainment industry preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to theme park attractions.
- Flexibility to work nontraditional hours including evenings weekends and holidays as needed.
Additional Information :
- Additional education or certifications related to hospitality management amusement park operations or a related field is advantageous
