Job Description
Were looking for a seasoned aviation professional or management consultant who will be based in our Zilina (Slovakia) offices and who has an interest in supporting the development and implementation of growth strategies of the office and managing the office running and staff. It is a great opportunity for someone looking to take on or further develop their management skills and responsibilities. This person will have the opportunity to work on local national and international projects actively contributing to fulfilling our expanding order book. In particular the ideal person will come with a strong numeric background and a wellrounded knowledge and interest of aviation related politics and regulatory topics.

Qualifications :
Youll have the following experience and attributes:
- Degree qualified typically aviation engineering economics business strategy or finance related.
- Prior experience working within aviation particularly strategic based projects.
- Prior consultancy or project management experience ideally at a level where youve had people management responsibilities.
- Experience with working towards commercial targets and involvement in bid & tender proposals in a consultancy environment.
- Be able to demonstrate excellent data analysis skills in practice as well as thrive on problem solving and the application of your excellent critical thinking skills.
- The consultancy environment can be very fastpaced with opportunities emerging at very short notice that will require a flexible agile approach to delivering excellence in consultancy services and meeting or exceeding client requirements.
