Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detailoriented Mechanical Inspector to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a Sitebased Mechanical Inspector you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of mechanical systems and components in our projects.
- Conduct thorough inspections of mechanical equipment systems and components onsite
- Verify compliance with engineering specifications industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and report defects nonconformities and potential issues in mechanical installations
- Perform quality control checks at various stages of project execution
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with project teams engineers and contractors to resolve technical issues
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations onsite
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical input as required
- Stay updated on industry standards inspection techniques and best practices
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mechanical inspection preferably in a sitebased role for building projects
- Relevant certifications in mechanical inspection (e.g. CSWIP API ASNT)
- Proficiency in mechanical inspection techniques and tools
- Indepth knowledge of mechanical systems components and materials
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and industry standards
- Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using inspection software and reporting tools
- Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience working in construction or industrial environments
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Willingness to work in Riyadh Saudi Arabia and adapt to hot climate conditions
- Physical fitness to perform onsite inspections and navigate construction environments
