Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting operations including preparing vouchers cheques bank receipts payment transactions cash flow etc.;
- Handle the monthly accounts closing;
- Assist in preparing consolidated accounts;
- Assist in preparing management reports and financial analysis;
- Prepare regular and ad hoc analytical reports required by the management;
- Support on all other accounting company secretarial matters and adhoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Ideal candidates must have:
- Degree holder or above in Accountancy / Finance or relevant disciplines is preferred;
- At least 5 years accounting experience with MNC exposure is a plus;
- Member of accounting bodies such as HKICPA/ACCA is preferred;
- High level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel);
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua) is highly desirable;
- Handson experience in handling daily financial operations and management reporting with minimum supervision;
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities manage deadlines and work under pressure;
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to take ownership and responsibilities and support the team;
- Willing to accept challenges and changes as well as detailminded;
- High level of integrity and a sense of confidentiality;
- Candidate with less experience or qualification will be considered for Accountant / Accounting Officer role;
- Immediately available is preferable.
