Key Accountabilities:
- Employee Relations will be a key aspect of your role and you will be the first line contact for your managers and stakeholders escalating cases as necessary

Qualifications :
Qualifications Experience & Skills :
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification is a plus. Minimum of CIPD level 5 ideally level 7
- Extensive progressive HR experience with a focus on business partnership unionised environments and employee relations
- Excellent understanding of Employment Law to support Employee Relations activity
- Significant experience operating in a blue collar context
- Digital acumen and the ability to analyse Management Information
Skills & Expertise:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into HR solutions.
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders from around the business. As such you will need to be able to present effectively to different levels of seniority as well as influence your stakeholders to incorporate the HR activity in their plans
- You will be able to manage multiple tasks at once and also able to demonstrate that you work well both as part of a team and independently. It is essential that you can manage expectations amongst internal clients whilst driving the application of HR policies and processes.
- Experience of working within organisations having had responsibility for trade union relationships
- Generalist HR experience solid exposure to Employee Relations and excellent employment law knowledge
- Ability to use HR data metrics and evidence to inform and drive decision making and change across your business areas
