Job Description
- Focal point of contact from Supervision Consultant side for ELV issues on site.
- Review/comment and approve contractors ELV Engineering submittals.
- Review contractors construction documents such as: prequalifications proposals
- Method Statements ITP ELV materials & Technical details submissions.
- Review and reply to the contractors RFI s related to ELV works. Also coordinate with the
- design office if additional design information is required.
- Coordinate with the project senior team of other disciplines when and as necessary
- required to ensure best level of coordinated work.
- Carry out regular inspections to the site to ensure proper execution of ELV works by the
- contractor.
- Lead a team of ELV Engineers and ELV Inspectors based at site.
- Prepare snagging lists of defects in conjunction with the contractor and agree dates for
- completion.
- Witnessing and monitoring of any relevant tests or trial assemblies undertaken by the main contractor or others. Witnessing tests of equipment and systems incorporated within the works.
- Conversant with all ICT & Security Systems which includes but not limited to IPTV System Fire Alarm System Public Address and Voice Evacuation System Audio Visual Systems Physical Security Systems Guest Room Management System healthcare systems Parking Management System Digital Signage System Telephony Systems GPON system FTTX Wired and Wireless Data Network Equipment Rack elevations Structured Cabling ISP/OSP construction methodologies control rooms and Active & Passive Equipment.
- Indepth knowledge of international standards like TIA BICSI IEEE uptime institute etc.
- Indepth knowledge of KSA codes and standards like CITC MOI SBC etc.
Qualifications :
Graduation.
