As a System Engineer you will ensure the Operational IT infrastructure is maintained at the highest standards. You will work with your IT colleagues and manufacturers on the development and revision of the IT system support strategies in order to ensure our SLA and system availability targets are met and our Service Performance is brought to a higher level.
Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution;
- Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction and identify all customer issues and recommend appropriate resolution;
- Providing support by:
- Researching
- Diagnosing
- Troubleshooting
- Identifying solutions
- Carrying out configurations
- Performing upgrades
- Carrying out migrations
- Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams;
- Write and maintain documentation;
- Being part of a 24hour standby team.

- Fluent in (technical) English (spoken & written);
- Next to a profound Windows Server knowledge good knowledge in one or more Microsoft data center technologies (HyperV Active Directory System Center SQL Server Exchange SharePoint Azure);
- Microsoft certifications or are you up for obtaining them.
