We are looking for a Service Desk technical support consultant. This profile will be responsible for resolving computer problems and referring them to specialized teams.
Technical profile:
- 12th grade or degree in computer engineering or similar
- 3 years experience as a service desk technician
- Experience in Office and Windows support
- Experience in software and hardware troubleshooting
- Knowledge of operating systems
- Remote access for troubleshooting end users
- Helpdesk skills
- ITIL course and/or certification (valued)
- Ability to produce documentation and procedures for passing on knowledge to Documentation of new procedures
- Fluent in English (required)
- Updating existing procedures
- Clean criminal record (required)
Additional Information :
Working hours:
- Between 8am and 8pm 100% facetoface in Parque das Naes
- Some holidays and Saturdays may be necessary
