Job Description
MISSION
Oversee and support the coordination of the Deliveroo Project between the entities and teams engaged acting as point of contact of the different stakeholders involved.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the main project manager for this international project the main responsibilities are:
- Manage Deliveroo project after the requirements have been approved know how to position it not only within his/her own Team but also within the Company.
- Defend the interests of all the Teams involved.
- Execute the project and actions in compliance with the project management rules laid down (compliance with the quality costs and deadline terms and conditions described).
- Manage the project monitoring and the successful completion of the different actions and/or set of actions within the schedule.
- Identify different stakeholders and support in the work planning.
- Formalise functional requirements.
- Draft (or supervise the drafting) and validate the functional instructions.
- Manage information useful to the project(s) from available documentation (internal or external) and relevant employees.
Qualifications :
- Good knowledge of Microsot Office Package

LANGUAGES
- English level B2 or higher
- French level B1 or higher
