Job Description
Manage the CA Clarity tool used for Time Tracking and Project Management at group level. Support and perform any implementation at both core and local (country) level.
Qualifications :
The main responsibilities are:
Manage the CA Clarity tool
o User support
o Followup of the operation
o Configuration (creation of organizations and repositories)
o Software evolutions developed on GEL (Generic Executing Language)
o Incident management: handling of level 1 incidents and followup of level 2 incidents
o Ability to diagnose incidents including querying databases
Management of projects impacting CA Clarity PF
Crossfunctional actions
o Communication
o Documentation
IT TOOLS
Good knowledge of CA Clarity or similar
