Job Description
Data Steward. Junior roles with some experience in managing SAP s/4Hana Fiori ideally data steward or business analyst skills proficient English and local (Spanish) language
Main tasks:
- Creating modifying or deleting data within a specific domain (e.g. Procurement Sales Customer Service Finance Supply Chain) in accordance with company data standards and policies.
- Ensures that master data is defined according to the Data Governance policies and standards for data objects in scope.
- He/she sets up data in the related applications: master and slave systems.
- He/she executes the data cleansing initiatives.
- Eventually some support to perform data migration activities in projects.
While performing above activities they would have following responsibilities:
- Challenges requests for new data creations/modifications (e.g. for completeness duplication) accepts/rejects.
- Enters data in relevant systems: ERPs etc. Assures data flows from master system to slave systems.
- Produces SLAs and KPIs to ensure high performance.
- Troubleshoots master data issues and resolves discrepancies.
- Suggests process improvements toward data quality accuracy and security under the supervision of the Governor.
- Suggests/Executes data cleansing initiatives.
- Contributes to issue resolution across data objects.
- Supports the SAP key users providing guidance on MD template completion requirements.
- Executes MD migration activities following upload plan
Qualifications :
Conocimiento de SAP a nivel de usuario.
