You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailTo deliver CDM and H&S consultancy services from our Bristol office to existing and new clients. The scope of services delivered by the roleholder are flexible dependent upon the Clients requirements covering both CDM and H&S Management.
The key requirements of the role are to understand the Clients needs and proactively identify solutions to their challenges and ensure consistent delivery of service excellence in meeting their needs and expectations.
Understand and develop existing systems and processes to improve both CDM and H&S efficiency.
Provide expert advice and where required act as Principal Designer and help the client manage and understand their legal responsibilities in accordance with CDM regulations.
Establishing positive relations with existing and new Clients to gain confidence and become a trusted advocate.
Representing Turner & Townsend in a professional and diligent manner including meeting negotiating and corresponding with Clients in a timely manner.
Management of all commissions where responsibility is assigned to ensure both Clients expectations / scope of service and the requirements of Turner & Townsends business management system are effectively discharged.
Carrying out H&S performance reviews audits etc. on behalf of the Client.
Liaise proactively and professionally with SHQ and wider Turner & Townsend colleagues to contribute to team effectiveness; support others as needed and ensure consistency quality and profitability of shared projects.
Compiling and creating relevant preconstruction information and relevant H&S files.
