Qualifications :
Delivering Project Controls across construction projects with experience on construction infrastructure projects and plants mounting on site.
The Project Controls Manager will lead the programme controls function for a programme monitoring for accuracy and consistency of plans cost safety environment and performance reporting and deploying available controls team resources to best effect.
3 6 yearsexperience asaplanner
Development of detailed project plans of the Master Schedule.
Manage key inputs including task lists logic milestones resources calendars from design phases through to construction.
Monitor trends and analyze schedule impacts with the project team.
Prepare status reports.
Ensure standards formats and timeframes are maintained.
Rebase line the schedule when required.
Ability to transport to site.
Education/Qualifications:
Experience in performing monitoring and reviewing planning and scheduling functions which include schedule development control and analysis in the field and the home office
Skilled in oral and written communication (English and Spanish)
Proficiency with PC operating systems with proficiency in several basic software applications.
Proficiency with multiple discipline specific software applications such as Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Office Applications for example Intermediate level of knowledge of engineering procurement contracts construction and startup work processes.
Knowledge of engineering architecture projects and construction management.
Availability to travel and move around cities.
Engineering or Architecture degree isdesired with experience in construction projects.
Fluent in Spanish and English.
Experienced inP6 or Microsoft Project. Knowledge in @risk is deisrable and other tools related to project controls
Good communication written and oral.
Problem solving and leadership skills.
The ideal candidate is someone analytic organized selfstart
