- Project Manager will take responsibility for endtoend service delivery. To ensure that client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective service. Interfacing with the client and other consultants at all project stages. Responsible of manage overall project cost schedule and budgets as well as manage general contractor and other directly contracted vendors and consultants.
- Responsible to review construction proposals and related pricing/scopes correct and assess workinplace to approve capital expenditure spends including the revision of cost estimates prepared by contractors and others within a clients organization.
- This professional will also be planning organizing scheduling directing and controlling the delivery of the project on time.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Analyze track and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slip.
- Run and lead client and other required meetingspresenting updates to the client at all project stages.
- Identify the factors that influence construction costs and can monitor and report on this data.
- Support engineering decisions relating to the project cost and budget while designbuild changes take place during construction.
- Review requests for payment.
- Track and ensure equipment meet the project schedule
- Record occurrence that might result in a claim acting on the clients behalf.
- Advocate on the part of the client during disputes disagreements modifications or change orders.
- Coordinate and oversee scheduling consultant reviews on the project.
- Review and approve final invoices payment applications retention payments.
- Oversee and manage the transfer of the building operations to the client including all close out documentation and warranties.
- Collaborative approach be client facing able to develop strong relationships confidently present toclients and stakeholders.
- Be assertive and detail orientated identify potential issues early and raise them in the appropriate forum for resolution.
- Demonstrable record of accomplishment in the delivery of relevant projects.
- Advanced skills with spreadsheets report writing and presentations.
- Management experience with ability to manage and lead team in delivering a commission and general line management.
- Manage revenue team resources and priorities to ensure that client expectations are met.
Qualifications :
- Above 7 years experience working in a similar position.
- Sector experience more specifically Mission Critical Life Science Construction.
- Architects Engineering or other construction related degree.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese Spanish is a plus.
