This opportunity is open to Senior project managers and will offer the right candidate the chance to work and drive the growth in the commercial and private sectors.
- Managing commercial construction projects.
- Responsible for managing the team and driving growth in the commercial sector.
- Responsible for the planning financial and budgeting aspects.
- Manage and report the assigned program of work to achieve program objectives in accordance with corporate policy and contractual agreements.
- Manage and anticipate project changes adjusting plans and activities accordingly.
- Oversee and monitor key milestones for the project through regular project reviews and analysis of potential risks to ensure delivery of program objectives.
- Ensure all project deliverables are of high quality.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to align and agree program of work and anticipate changes that may impact the program of work.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in a relevant subject
Holds a minimum baseline clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Has existing relationships within the Canberra market particularly the with private developers asset managers and investment firms.
- Experience in managing commercial projects
