Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
Plan design and implement Enterprise construction and real estate focused risk management processes tailoring to the clients needs and aligning with best practice. Providinga top of class service toexisting client base.
Actively articulate and embed the benefits of risk management in corporate culture.
Lead risk (threats and opportunity) activities to actively manage risk and seek efficiencies across clients projects and programmes.
Facilitate risk workshops with clients and team members of allocated projects.
Conduct quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule) to inform project contingency levelsaccountability anddrive mitigation.
Mentoring and training other team members in QSRA (Quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis) and QCRA
Train clients and the internal organisation on risk management processes and practices.
Produce risk reports as required in a timely manner to support the effective communication of threat & opportunity status.
Drive the need and implementation of mitigation actions against associated risks across projects and programmes.
Assist with the identification and development of appropriate management responses which are measurable and specific along with assessing the post mitigated positions
Develop and drive efficient risk contingency processes that are suitable with the clients needs and requirements.
Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points to facilitate risk cost profiling timely drawdown of risk budget or retirement of risks.
Qualifications :
Experience of working on Real Estate or Infrastructure projects.
Preferably with a track record of working onData Centres Life Sciences Pharma R&D facilities Industrial Manufacturing Distribution & Logistics projects
Must be asubject matter expert with agood theoretical foundation of Enterprise Risk Managementand construction
Degree qualified in a relevant discipline
Risk management and/or project management from recognised body such as IRM (Institute of Risk Management) MSP (Managing Successful Programmes)
