Job Description
- Prepare Mechanical/Electrical cost estimates and reports for all asset classes across Canada
- Assist in market research and analysis of construction conditions in Canada
- Support Associate Directors in business development and proposal creation
- Identify opportunities for improving cost management procedures and internal systems
- Manage estimating cost planning and cost analysis for commercial institutional and residential projects
- Lead client and consultant interactions ensuring project accountability and effective financial management
- Oversee postcontract cost variances change control processes and monthly cost report
Qualifications :
- 45 years of MEP Estimating experience (preferably in real Estate)
- A recognized university degree in Construction or a related field
- Membership in a relevant professional organizations (i.e. RICS CIQS AACEI).
- Certification or designation from a professional organization is an asset (i.e. MRICS PQS CCP)
