Turner & Townsend is looking for an experienced Senior Construction Scheduler to join our growing Los Angeles team.
The Senior Scheduler will take responsibility for endtoend service delivery and to act as key day to day client interface ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service. To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a clientfacing role.
Responsibilities:
Qualifications :
College degree in Engineering Building Construction Construction Management Architecture or a related field of study.
Minimum of five (5) years of scheduling experience in the construction industry with experience in building construction preferred.
Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project scheduling software.
Technology savvy / proficient.
Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 Suite.
Experience with developing maintaining and reviewing project schedules including experience with cost and resource loading.
Capable of reading and interpreting architectural drawings.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities with minimal guidance and supervision.
Strong communication skills and capacity to develop and maintain relationships with Project Managers Owners Contractors and other project team members.
Additional Information :
The salary range for this fulltime role is $145K$165K per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
