Our Cost Management team is at the heart of Turner & Townsends work in transforming performance on the worlds most impactful programmes to achieve great commercial outcomes and meet client objectives.
During the twoyear programme you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles providing you with exposure to the most complex projects and programmes across the industry. The graduate programme offers the chance to personally drive improvements and successful delivery at the forefront of key sectors including infrastructure central & local government health & education energy and natural resources commercial development datacentres life sciences and defence.
You will be working in a fastpaced environment where you will develop an array of skills to assist the teams in the successful delivery of our cost management services.

You will have the opportunity to work with our HIVE applications and tools which are part of our integrated service offer helping to make the difference to cost and carbon on your projects and programmes. HIVE is unique to Turner & Townsend and built to serve our entire global business. In the cost management role you may have the option (subject to internal review of candidates) have the ability to work as part of the CM Digital Team for a 6 month secondment/hybrid position.
You will also receive formal training to establish and develop core and technical skills in multiple areas of quantity surveying including support through your RICS Assessment of Professional Competence (APC).

In some regional roles being able to drive will be necessary due to the location of client offices. Please also note this is not a remote role as we operate a hybrid working approach you will need to be willing and able to work in a Turner & Townsend office or a client site.
To be considered for roles in the Defence arena you will need to pass both a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check and UKSV SC clearance this process will initiated once you have accepted an offer and have indicated you are happy to go through these checks. A summary of the checks involved can be found here.
