Job Description
- Developing working relationships problem solving and driving projects to successful completion
- Managing the design process to achieve the clients requirements and manage expectations
- Responsible for preparation of project management plans programmes budgets and other key project deliverables
- Reviewing project plans and specifications scheduling costs saving measures discrepancies potential construction problems etc.
- Managing project timelines risks and reporting
- Managing project budgets and advising on options to keep budget on track
- Chairing project meetings with clients and consultants
- Managing internal project administration including invoicing variations subconsultant management and contract risk
- Building the business through engagement marketing and tendering activities
Qualifications :
- M&E / Commissioning experience on large highly serviced buildings (Hospitals Labs Data Centres etc) (essential)
- Engineering Qualification or equivalent experience.
- Project Management Experience (essential)
- Data Centre Construction/Commissioning experience (particularly desirable)
