Job Description
This role is key in the leading managing and developing of the Quality Department to achieve business plan objectives. The Quality Manager will have responsibility for on time manufacturing of high quality products through leadership of employees planning and execution of work.
As Quality Manager you will be responsible for promoting the companies absolute focus on safety as a number one priority maintain quality management systems and all relevant approvals and drive down DPPM and NCR rates to supply chains improving factory first pass yield. Your focus will be on Zero defects.
This role has a real focus on rolling up your sleeves and putting in the work to make change and inspire how the organisation thinks about the purpose of a strong Quality team.
Qualifications :
Experience Requirements
- Detailed understanding of ISO9001 requirements and principles
- Quality Leadership experience for a business manufacturing engineered product
- Good knowledge of processes including HS&E best practice
- Demonstrated application of Lean/Continuous improvement tools in manufacturing

- Adaptable and able to cope with the unexpected manage problems
- Strong problem solving to develop customer and business focussed results
