The Senior Process Engineer, is responsible for Competent performing risk Management/Analysis.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Process and risk impact analysis, reporting with preventive and corrective action
Technical reports writing
Ability to conduct and verify mass and energy balance calculations
Ability to conduct and verify hydraulic calculations
Expertise transfer, sharing and development
Process Design and Optimization:
Lead the design, optimization, and improvement of manufacturing or production processes.
Develop and implement process flow diagrams, control plans, and process parameters to ensure efficient and effective production.
Identify and analyze areas for improvement in existing processes, including reducing waste, improving yield, and increasing throughput.
Utilize advanced process engineering tools (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean, process simulations) to enhance process performance.
Process Development and Innovation:
Research and implement new technologies, equipment, and process techniques to enhance production processes.
Experiment with new materials, processes, or production methods to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Manage pilot-scale tests or trials for new processes and technologies before full-scale implementation.
Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving:
Lead investigations into process failures or inefficiencies and identify root causes.
Collaborate with other engineering teams to implement corrective actions and ensure the continuous operation of processes.
Provide technical expertise to troubleshoot complex problems related to production, product quality, and process performance.
Project Management:
Manage projects to improve, scale, or implement new processes, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams (including operations, quality control, maintenance, and safety) to ensure successful project execution.
Safety, Compliance, and Sustainability:
Ensure that all processes comply with relevant safety, environmental, and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, EPA, ISO).
Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risk to personnel and equipment.
Promote sustainability and energy efficiency by identifying opportunities to reduce resource consumption and waste generation in the production process.
Education Qualification Bachelor of Chemical Engineering
Years of Experience :6 years as Process Engineer or 10 years as PAU Operation/Production Engineer
Technical Qualification: Advanced in analysis and modelling of engineering components, systems, and processes

Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and external partners to understand their needs and translate those into process requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Expertise: Advanced knowledge of process engineering principles, process design, and optimization. Familiarity with process control systems, automation, and data analytics.
Project Management: Strong project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex process-related problems.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information and collaborate with diverse teams.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of industry-specific processes (e.g., chemical, pharmaceutical, oil and gas, manufacturing) and regulatory standards.
Software Proficiency: Familiarity with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and other engineering tools (e.g., MATLAB, AutoCAD).
Leadership: Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers, influence team members, and lead initiatives.
