Job Description
We are seeking a talented Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Electrical Engineering team. This role will be pivotal in designing and maintaining electrical circuits systems and equipment with a particular focus on power systems electric service and supply systems and lighting systems. The ideal candidate will have handson experience and a passion for electrical engineering with a focus on creating innovative reliable and efficient solutions.
Responsibilities:
Electrical Installations Design: Designing planning and coordination of electrical systems for various types of infrastructure including buildings water treatment facilities and industrial installations.
Electrical Calculations: Perform detailed electrical calculations for installations such as power distribution lighting emergency power systems and fire alarm systems.
3D BIM Modeling: Utilize Revit to create 3D BIM models of electrical systems adhering to all Levels of Development (LOD).
Specialized Technical Expertise: Provide indepth technical input for studies designs and technical assessments within the electrical engineering field.
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary project reviews to ensure cohesive and fully integrated designs.
Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of electrical designs calculations and drawings to maintain high standards of accuracy and reliability.
Technical Specifications: Prepare and manage technical specification sections related to electrical systems ensuring they meet project requirements.
Budget and Schedule Management: Assist in the preparation of engineering budgets and schedules to align with project goals.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience:
Required:
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
A minimum of 6 years of professional experience in electrical design for building projects.
Proficiency with at least one engineering modeling/drafting software.
Advanced command of English both written and spoken.
Preferred:
Proficiency in Revit MEP.
Experience working with Common Data Environment platforms (e.g. BIM 360 ACC).
Familiarity with clash detection software.
Site experience
