About the Job
- Manage the quality control process throughout all the operational functions.
- Inspecting all finished items to ensure they meet the company’s high standards.
- Manage inspections to ensure there are no cresses and garments delivered to customer are in wearable condition.
- Apply the company’s standards in: spotting and stain removal, cleaning, pressing and hand finishing, packing standards.
- Responsible packaging of garments and their collection and delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in any relevant.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and 2 years of experience as a quality control.
- Experience in B2C applications is a plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Good command of English language.
