But wait theres more! As our Structural Engineer II youll:
- Get your hands dirty with a smorgasbord of projects from entertainment to government and everything in between.
- Team up with seasoned engineers on large projects while also taking the reins on smaller structural design projects.
- Become the captain of your own ship managing small to mediumsized projects independently.
Your daily adventures will include:
- Flexing your mental muscles with structural analysis and design
- Playing matchmaker between different design disciplines and preparing contract documents
- Donning your hard hat for some handson construction administration
- Channeling your inner Shakespeare to craft compelling structural reports assessments and studies

Qualifications :
Must Have Skills/Experience:
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Structural Engineering or Architectural Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience in structural design with steel concrete and masonry buildings; or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
US Citizenship required.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Demonstrated experience applying all major structural design codes.
Demonstrated experience using 3D structural analysis software. (examples include ETABS SAP RISA RAM and SAFE)
Experience designing in Steel Concrete Masonry and Timber
Experience with Wind and Seismic lateral design
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated experience in use of REVIT/AutoCAD to provide production support as a portion of team support and development
Master of Science (with structural engineering concentration)
Professional License in California (PE)
Experience with performancebased design
Experience with ASCE 41 for retrofit of existing structures
