About The Role
Position: D365 Techno Functional Support Specialist
No of openings: 1
Reporting to: National Manager – Service Operations
Location: Remote/ Hybrid
What You Will Do
This position reports to the Global Support Team Manager and will work closely together with Process and
Technical Specialists to provide timely support to the daily operation of business applications at Gunnebo
ensuring the functionality and stability of the Enterprise Systems Landscape. The candidate must possess
excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a diverse multicultural environment. The candidate
should also have a sense of ownership over all central business applications and should ensure smooth daily
operation of the application in the position’s purview.
The position will primarily focus on supporting internal users across globe in Enterprise Resource Planning
(ERP) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and application integrated to the CRM and ERP. The ERP
and CRM systems being currently used in Gunnebo are:
•D365 F&O and CE
Major Responsibilities:
Provide timely and highquality L1 and L2 support for ERP CRM and applications integrated with
them.
Escalate L3 support requests to Support Manager Process Specialist or Development team as
necessary; track issue through to completion.
Develop recommendations for application enhancements using comprehensive reporting and results of
trend analysis identifying user issues.
Build and maintain ownership of knowledge base for commonly encountered issues within applications.
Author and oversee all technical and functional documentation necessary to facilitate usage and
adoption of applications including user and admin guides; routinely review documentation to ensure
accuracy.
Plan and host adhoc webinars teleconferences and/or inperson meetings to better train and support
application users.
Who we are looking for
Qualification: Graduate in any stream.
Minimum 23 years’ of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics application.
Preferred experience in D365 F&O and CE.
Functional Skills:
Support of ERP & CRM in D365.
Strong written and oral communication in English and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of customer service.
Works well with others in an integrated team environment.
Fast independent learner Selfmotivated and a problem solver.
Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office 2013 and Office 365.
A sense of personal ownership of the applications and the drive to keep customers well satisfied with
the level of support they receive.
