The Vice President Growth & Engagement at University Online will serve as a leader responsible for driving enrollment growth and enhancing engagement strategies to support University s online programs. This executive position requires an entrepreneurial mindset strategic vision and a proven track record of success in student recruitment marketing and relationship management.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to increase enrollment in University s online programs.
- Align marketing recruitment and engagement efforts with institutional goals for student success and program reputation.
Enrollment Management:
- Lead initiatives to recruit enroll and retain students for online programs focusing on diverse populations and underserved communities.
- Oversee the design and implementation of recruitment campaigns leveraging datadriven insights and best practices.
- Set and achieve enrollment growth targets ensuring scalability and sustainability.
Marketing & Branding:
- Drive digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO paid media content marketing and social media to attract prospective students.
- Partner with Executive team to produce compelling messaging and creative assets.
Partnerships & Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate nonprofit and community partners to generate leads and create opportunities for strategic collaborations.
- Participate in University ceremonies
- Engage with alumni and stakeholders to foster a robust referral network.
Requirements
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum of 810 years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment management marketing or growthfocused roles.
- Proven success in driving enrollment growth for online or hybrid programs
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue and enrollment goals.
- Experience with commissionbased or performancedriven incentive structures preferred.
- Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills with a datadriven approach.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools digital marketing platforms and enrollment analytics.
