Overview
The Executive Assistant Cum Office Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of the office and providing highlevel support to executives. This position serves as the primary point of contact between the executive team and both internal and external stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing schedules coordinating communication and executing administrative tasks that facilitate operational efficiency. In addition to supporting executives this role involves overseeing office management functions coordinating meetings organizing travel logistics and maintaining an organized office environment. The Executive Assistant Cum Office Coordinator is essential in fostering a collaborative work atmosphere and ensuring that strategic objectives are met through effective administration. Key Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars including scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements including flights accommodations and itineraries.
- Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
- Interact with clients and stakeholders with professionalism and discretion.
- Organize and maintain files records and documents in an efficient manner.
- Facilitate communication between departments and external partners.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and meetings.
- Monitor office supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability.
- Conduct research and analyze data to support decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new employees.

Required Qualifications
- Associate s or Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic HR practices.
- Experience with project management or coordination is a plus.
