Tasks
Providing support and ongoing development to enhance performance skills and knowledge of practice staff
Delivering and monitoring Practice Targets and KPIs
Managing the Clinical Governance systems and maintaining practice policies and audits
Financial Management including: banking authorising invoices producing reports P&L and working towards a budget and KPIs
Ensure staff are complying with current legislation such as Fire Health & Safety CQC regulations RIDDOR and COSHH
Requirements
Qualifications/ Experience
GCSEs or higher Certification
2 years Management Experience
Desirables
CQC Manager Experience
GDC Registered .Ability to commute/relocate:
reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
