Tasks
Youll be working closely with the Head of Digital Growth and Product youll lead and activate marketing initiatives in order to drive brand awareness customer engagement and ultimately revenue. Youll have the support of a content creator and performance marketing analyst. Youll be leading efforts across email campaigns social media affiliates and content with some input into performance marketing.
Requirements
First and foremost you must already be an experienced marketing manager its crucial you have experience marketing to individuals rather than B2B ideally including eCommerce and/or fitness.
Were openminded about the exact mix of marketing experience you bring but youll need strong CRM and email marketing skills.
Youll need to be naturally datadriven and comfortable doing data analysis.
Youll also need to be creative and have examples of innovative marketing initiatives that have been successful in past positions.
There will be lots of projects happening at once so youll need to be wellorganised and build repeatable/automated processes where possible.
