At EMJ were on the hunt for our first fulltime Senior Videographer/Content Creator to lead the way in producing dynamic video content for our global audience of healthcare professionals.
From filming congresses across the globe to creating standout digital content for platforms like YouTube TikTok and LinkedIn this role offers an incredible opportunity to bring your creative vision to life.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Conceptualise script and storyboard engaging video content for EMJs platforms from longform features to shortform reels.
- Shoot highquality video footage ensuring adaptability across various formats and platforms.
- Take charge of shoots from setup to talent direction capturing the best moments in any environment.
- Edit videos using industrystandard tools like Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects adding animations and motion graphics to elevate your work.
- Travel globally to capture VOXpop interviews congress highlights and unique behindthescenes content.
- Collaborate with design marketing and content teams to ensure brand alignment and consistency.
- Stay on top of trends embracing innovation to create cuttingedge content that resonates with our audience.
What Were Looking For:
Technical Skills:
- Mastery of video editing software including Adobe Premiere Pro After Effects and the Adobe Suite.
- Expertise in motion graphics animation and creative editing techniques.
- Strong understanding of professional camera equipment lighting setups and achieving excellent results in quickturnaround scenarios.
- Knowledge of optimising content for social media platforms and using analytics tools.
Soft Skills:
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and innovation.
- Exceptional communication skills confident in collaborating with talent and crossfunctional teams.
- Organised with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive and selfmotivated attitude.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Film Video Production or a related field.
- 6 years of handson experience in video production and editing.
- Proven portfolio showcasing diverse video styles including social media content.
- Experience in video marketing branding and staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Information
- Salary:
- Hours: 8.30am 5pm MonFri
- Working pattern: Hybrid min 3 days in the office (FT in office during probation)
- Reporting to:Creative Director
- Location: Our buzzing London/Moorgate office
We operate a hybrid working environment. Wed expect to see you in the office at least 3 days a week. During your probation though youll be in with us all five daysits the best way to get you up to speed and support your development. So if youre after something fully remote this probably wont be the right fit we encourage people in office where we people are achieving their personal and professional goals.
