To assist the Catering Manager with ensuring that all equipment used in the department is in good working order and is used appropriately.
To assist the Catering Manger to ensure stock levels are maintained and that reordering of equipment and stores are in line with company policy and within department budget
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Someone who in the absence of the Catering Manager can plan and organise workload and staff skill mix availability to accommodate all department through put and provide adequate cover in order to provide an efficient service.
NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery.
qualifications in Catering and Hospitality.
