Job Title: Skilled Meat Workers (Boners & Slicers)
Location: Osborne Park WA
Schedule: Monday to Friday (weekends may be required)
Hours: 3850 hours/week
Pay: $30 $45 per hour Overtime
Certifications: Butcher s certificate desirable

Key Responsibilities:
- Boning: Safely and efficiently remove bones from meat cuts ensuring minimal waste and maximum yield.
- Slicing: Accurately slice meat into specified thicknesses for various products ensuring consistency and quality.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety while working with meat products. Perform checks to ensure product quality meets company standards.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow workers to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a boner or slicer in the meat processing industry is preferred but training may be provided for the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet production targets.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle repetitive tasks and lift heavy cuts of meat.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
