Job Description
As a Creative Designer you ll develop highquality multimedia content design graphics and layouts and produce captivating videos for diverse platforms. You ll collaborate with teams to ensure brand consistency and deliver engaging designs that drive impact.
Job Overview
Shift: SemiFlexible
Work Setup: Hybrid Metro Manila (Onsite at least once a week)
- Content Creation:
- Develop multimedia content including videos infographics presentations and interactive media.
- Use software like Adobe Creative Suite and video editing tools to produce toptier content.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams for consistent branding and messaging.
- Video Production:
- Shoot and edit videos tailored for social media and other platforms.
- Manage video production including lighting sound and postproduction.
- Apply storytelling techniques to create compelling and engaging videos.
- Graphic Design:
- Design visually striking graphics illustrations and layouts for marketing materials.
- Create presentations and infographics to convey complex information effectively.
- Ensure all design assets maintain brand consistency.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Multimedia or a related field.
Experience:
- 2 3 years of proven experience in multimedia production and design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Adobe Premiere After Effects and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles for creating userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces.
- Expertise in photography videography and video editing with an eye for upmarket and tasteful production.
- Proficiency in graphic design motion graphics and highquality camerawork.
Portfolio Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects including logos and product designs.
Creative and Innovative Skills:
- Creativity and passion for innovative design solutions.
- A strong eye for composition realism texture color and lighting.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong timemanagement skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Openness to feedback and willingness to iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
