Job Description
WATERPROOFING & CAULKING TECHNICIAN
Join the team at Deluxe Waterproofing & Caulking Inc. a rapidly expanding company specializing in waterproofing caulking mold remediation and concrete restoration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Apply waterproofing membranes coatings sealants and other products to roofs balconies foundations and other structures.
- Perform caulking duties including sealing joints windows expansion joints and control joints using a variety of caulking products.
- Perform prep work such as surface cleaning crack repairs and removal of old waterproofing or caulking materials.
- Conduct water tests to ensure the integrity of waterproofed surfaces.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to solve onsite issues and ensure efficient project completion.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation.
- Drugfree.
- Physical ability to perform handson work in various weather.
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces as needed.
- Experience in waterproofing caulking or construction is preferred but not required training is available for motivated individuals.
