Coordinate Community Service work placements for adults and juveniles with the Tribal Organization for Tribal and State jurisdictions. Provide clerical support to department. Three years secretarial or general office work experience within the criminal justice system. High school diploma or equivalent. Some college work in related field preferred. Free from the dysfunctional use of alcohol and drugs.

Excellent communication skills; written verbal and interpersonal. Type 60 WPM with accuracy; personal computer experience in word processing and spreadsheet. Alpha and numeric filing and recordkeeping skills. Knowledge of court procedures. Knowledge of criminal history of clientele.
Serve as Community Service Coordinator; coordinate job placements for adults and juveniles who are mandated by a court to complete community service work. File court reports and maintain accurate records. Termination and revocation of community service clients. Maintain client records and files. Maintain confidentiality. Receptionist and clerical duties for the department. Ability to work with difficult people. In absence of Probation Officers screen and process inmate passes/releases reports.
