Job Description
Location: Madeira (airport area)
Work schedule: MondayFriday from 09:00 to 18:00 (1 hour lunch break)
What we offer:
- Salary up to 1650 euros gross (fix salary meal card performance bonuses)
- Laptop;

- Christmas and Vacation bonuses.
Responsibilities
Youd be responsible to ensure that our office and operations have everything they need to function this includes (but not limited to):
- Dealing with suppliers logistics maintenance office supplies etc;
- Helping the management with specific projects from finding us a new space for our branches or offices to find accommodation for our workers or board members;
- Assembly furniture in the office (an Ikea Chair or desk for example);
- Help management with daybyday challenges this is very vast but starting with taking a document to our lawyers to finding the best catering company for a company event.
Requierements
In short were looking for someone who:
- is fluent in Portuguese and English;
- is VERY organized and tidy;
- is attentive to details;
- is trustworthy fair honest and responsible;
- likes to interact with people;
- Doesnt have any problem doing nonspecialized jobs like changing lamps or assembling a chair.
