Tasks
This is a fulltime onsite role as a Childrens Home Manager in Cannock. The role involves overseeing the daily operations and staff of a childrens home ensuring the wellbeing and safety of the children in care and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role in a childrens residential setting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards for childrens homes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Excellent organizational and decisionmaking skills
Passion for working with children and helping them thrive
Relevant qualifications in social work childcare or a related field
