Tasks
Were looking for a highly motivated professional to work with the CEO and leadership team. Your responsibility would be a wide range of initiatives and strategic projects in a unique company.
Here are a few examples:
- Support network building by researching and identifying potential connections with UHNWIs family offices and other funding sources.
- Assist in the development of new foundations by conducting research and drafting proposals to expand our mission into other countries.
- Help oversee and coordinate research projects ensuring timelines and deliverables are met under the guidance of the leadership team.
- Contribute to concepts for international rollouts including gathering data preparing presentations and coordinating initial steps.
- Provide organizational and logistical support for fundraising initiatives including preparation for CEO meetings with potential funders.
- Support partnership initiatives by assisting in outreach drafting materials and tracking progress with external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Excellent English written and spoken (German is a big plus!)
- Willingness to relocate to Berlin (Remote not possible)
- Highly and intrinsically motivated about the topic (longevity life extension etc.)
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.
- High attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
