Job Description
- Define and communicate the digital product vision strategy and roadmap in alignment with company goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements translating them into user stories epics and acceptance criteria
- Prioritize the product backlog and ensure a clear understanding of requirements and expectations
- Analyze enduser preferences and engage regularly with users to gain insights for product decisions and improvements
- Monitor project progress and address issues
- Plan and write release notes and newsletters for product updates
- Conduct user testing gather feedback and incorporate insights into product improvements
- Manage the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization to postlaunch optimization
- Define and monitor key product metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation
- Stay current with industry trends through market research and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Work experience as a product owner product manager or similar role within fintech financial services or technologydriven companies
- Handson experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
- Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies product management principles and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Proficient in A/B testing tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics Statsig and PostHog
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills
- Experience working with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality digital products
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or similar field
- Certification in product management (e.g. Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus
- Singapore Citizen or Singapore PR
