Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our company as a ChineseSpeaking Country Manager. This pivotal role is designed for a passionate professional aimed at expanding our business presence managing local operations and enhancing brand recognition in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies in alignment with the companys strategic objectives targeting the successful sales of products in the Dubai market.
- Maintain and enhance relationships with existing channel partners strengthening customer connections and optimizing the channel structure. Expand new channels when required.
- Manage direct sales to key accounts and identify new customer opportunities through various channels in the region.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence to support strategic business decisions and keep the company informed on market trends.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Arabic and English (C1/C2 level) to effectively communicate in a multicultural environment.
- Strong passion for international sales combined with excellent execution skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities are crucial.
- Prior experience in Security or Smart Building Industries is strongly preferred.
- Understanding of foreign trade documentation international trade policies and conventions is essential.
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fastchanging market.
