Ethos Engineering is thrilled to announce the Evolve Graduate Programme for Electrical Engineering grads. If you are ambitious desire practical experience and are eager to embark on an exciting career in the building services industry this is the right programme for you. Under a mentor you will refine your skills engage in captivating projects and complete 12 Ethos designed modules over 12 months to enable the acceleration of your career with us at Ethos.
Candidate Attributes
- This role offers a hybrid remote arrangement in Ireland requiring attendance at the Dublin office as determined by the teams schedule.
- Possession of a Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical EngineeringElectrical & Electronics EngineeringBuilding Services or a related field.
- The candidate must be based in Ireland.
- An exceptional academic record including coursework in electrical circuits power systems and digital electronics.
- Outstanding problemsolving skills and a strong passion for innovation.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset adept at working both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- An eagerness to adapt and a passion for acquiring knowledge about new technologies and engineering tools.
- Keen attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering topquality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Electrical System Design: Collaborate with senior engineers to design and analyze electrical systems for building projects encompassing power distribution lighting and low voltage systems.
- Technical Mastery: Develop expertise in electrical engineering principles and apply them to realworld projects.
- Documentation: Create precise technical drawings reports and project documentation with meticulous attention to detail.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality control processes to ensure projects meet industry standards and fulfill client requirements.
- Field Exposure: Gain handson experience by visiting project sites conducting inspections and troubleshooting electrical systems.
Key Activities
- Engage in design and analysis tasks for electrical systems in building projects.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams on diverse projects.
- Conduct research to support engineering decisionmaking.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills.
- Attend project meetings and interact with clients.
- Contribute to the development of sustainable and energyefficient electrical systems.
