We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager focused on SMEs and KOLs to drive growth on an exchange platform. This role involves establishing and managing partnerships expanding market share and leading strategic market expansion efforts within the digital currency industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand and establish business partnerships with SMEs to increase market share.
- Develop and implement business development strategies focused on 01 market expansion.
- Lead and manage the business development team to achieve objectives.
- Maintain and expand a broad network within the Payment and SME sectors.
- Regularly analyze market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
- Demonstrate proven performance in business development continually optimizing expansion processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or higher with 5 years of experience in business development.
- Familiarity with the digital currency industry and a strong network in Payment and SMEs.
- Proven experience in market expansion with successful case studies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a business development team effectively.
- Strong goal orientation and capacity to perform under pressure.
- Experience in the iGaming sector or as an industry influencer is a strong preference.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
