The Role:

We are seeking a fantastic and experienced Relationship Lead to join our team. The Relationship Lead will be accountable for creating accountability within our various outsource partners (both onshore and offshore). This role involves supporting all levels of performance (brand dependent) and ensuring that our partners meet the necessary standards of performance. The Relationship Lead will play a crucial role in influencing the best outcomes for our customers

What will you do

  • Accountability Creation: Establish and maintain accountability frameworks with outsource partners to ensure adherence to performance standards.
  • Governance: Ensure the governance of the partners meets the standards we set ourselves internally and externally.
  • Performance Support: Provide support across all levels of performance tailored to specific brand requirements.
  • Strategic Outcomes: Influence and drive the best outcomes for our customers through effective relationship management.
  • Standards Assurance: Ensure that the standards attained by our partners meet the necessary levels of performance.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with outsource partners to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions (and where appropriate clients of our brands).
  • Performance oversight: Regularly monitor and evaluate partner performance to ensure compliance with agreed standards.
  • Budget Ensure that we are operating within our budgets and we are driving the right outcomes.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by partners to maintain continuity of service and sales


    Essentials:

    • Experience: Proven experience in relationship management preferably within an outsourcing environment.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with partners and internal teams.
    • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to assess performance data and identify trends.
    • ProblemSolving: Effective problemsolving skills to address and resolve partner issues.
    • Customer Focus: A customercentric approach to ensure the best outcomes for our customers.
    • Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders both internal and external.
    • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and partner requirements.


      Bonus skills you may pack in your suitcase:

      • Experience within the insurance industry (if youve worked in travel even better!) or similar sector experience although an eagerness to improve your knowledge of our industry will bode well.
